It can be hard to conduct successful outreach activities if you are starting new or revitalizing an annual event. Collegiate sections especially may face many challenges when it comes to K-12 outreach, from funding the activity to getting a high number of participants. However, these hurdles can be overcome with proper planning, finding hidden resources, and educating your target audience about your upcoming event, regardless of the size of your section. Learn how to expand your collegiate section’s outreach from a past section president who utilized these tools to expand an outreach activity from 97 to 218 participants!
