Articles highlighting professional and educational experiences throughout my career
As president and lead of the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Workshop (IGEW), I planned, coordinated, and executed an all day, free-workshop for elementary students alongside my three committee members. Five modules were developed that focused on various types of engineering. Attended by 218 participants and 45 volunteers, with over 50% participants being Title I students, this was the largest IGEW to date since the creation of the event at Embry-Riddle.
This wonderful article was written by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Thank you for taking the time to interview me about this event!
